This store is operated by Gogal LLC ("we", "us"). By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. We sell to consumers, not for resale.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free. We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate; if an obvious error appears (for example a price that is clearly wrong), we may cancel affected orders and refund you rather than honour the error.

Product descriptions and colour

We describe the suits as honestly as we can, including the things most stores leave out — the fit runs generous, and it is meant to go over clothes. Screens vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the fabric in your hands. Animal designs are sewn by hand, so small differences between individual suits are normal and are not defects.

Product safety — please read

Our suits are dress-up costumes for play, photos and everyday wear. They are loose-fitting and are not flame-resistant, and they are not intended or sold as sleepwear. Do not use them as nightwear or for sleeping.

They contain sewn-on decorative parts (eyes, teeth, horns, tails). Check them before each wear and stop using the suit if any part becomes loose. Children should be supervised while wearing costume clothing.

Care: wash before first wear, cold gentle cycle, air dry or tumble on low. Do not iron or bleach.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our shipping policy and refund policy form part of these terms. In short: shipping is free, orders leave within 2 business days and arrive 6–12 business days later in the US (a few days longer elsewhere), and if an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a free replacement or a full refund.

Your account and content

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you send us a review, photo or suggestion, you allow us to use it in connection with the store, without payment. Do not send us anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to send.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store to break the law, to scrape or copy it systematically, to interfere with its security, or to upload anything malicious.

Intellectual property

The store's text, layout, photography and branding belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited — including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Gogal LLC is registered. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country or state you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
