You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating; that's normal.

Go by height, not age. The number in brackets on each size (70 to 120) is the height in cm the suit is cut for. See our size guide.

Yes. The fit is roomy, so a bodysuit or a thin layer fits underneath.

No. This is a dress-up costume, not sleepwear. It's loose-fitting and not flame-resistant, so please use it for awake time only and keep it away from fire and flames.

Wash before first wear on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron or bleach.

Yes. Choose 2 or 3 suits and pick any animal and size for each one. The bundle saving (5% or 10%) is applied automatically in the cart.

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. See our refund policy.

An optional add-on. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it first, without waiting for a carrier investigation.
